The smart funnel
The QR code opens a star rating page. Ratings at or above your threshold (default 4) go straight to Google. Lower ratings open a private form that reaches you by email, dashboard notification and WhatsApp.
Setup
- Copy your review link from Google Business Profile.
- Create a Smart Google Review code and paste it.
- Print it on receipts, table tents or thank-you cards.
Act on feedback
The Reviews page classifies feedback with AI (service, price, delay…), summarizes the month, and drafts a polite reply you can send on WhatsApp in one click.
Compliance note
Everyone sees the rating page and can review; the code only routes. Keep it transparent and consistent with Google's policies.
