1. Service

Awjan Information Technology (awjan.net) provides the "NuqtaQR" platform ("the Platform") for creating QR codes, Bio-Link pages and scan analytics at https://nuqtaqr.com.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity on your account. Information provided must be accurate.

3. Acceptable use

Using the platform to direct users to content that violates Saudi law, is fraudulent, harmful, or infringes others' rights is prohibited. The platform may suspend any violating code or account without notice.

4. Subscriptions & payment

Prices are in SAR plus VAT. Subscriptions start immediately upon payment for one month or one year. No refunds after use begins, except for a technical failure on our side exceeding 72 hours.

5. Subscription expiry

When a subscription ends the account moves to the free plan and its limits apply. Your data is kept for 12 months.

6. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is not liable for indirect damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard.
